We are seeking a results-driven SEO Lead to join our digital marketing team The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing website content conducting keyword research improving organic search rankings and executing on- and off-page SEO strategies to drive qualified traffic and improve search engine visibility Key Responsibilities Perform keyword research to guide content teams and identify new SEO opportunities Conduct on-page optimization including meta tags headers internal linking and image optimization Implement technical SEO strategies e g site speed crawlability mobile-friendliness Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs etc Analyze competitor websites to identify best practices and opportunities Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies including link-building campaigns Collaborate with content writers web developers and other marketing team members to ensure SEO best practices are followed Stay updated on the latest trends and algorithm changes in search engine optimization Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications IT or a related field Proven work experience 4-6 years in a similar SEO role Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console Ahrefs SEMrush Moz Screaming Frog etc Familiarity with HTML CSS and website administration Robust analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid sick time Schedule Evening shift Rotational shift US shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
