Job Summary The Billing and Dispatch Executive will be responsible for generating accurate invoices managing dispatch documentation and coordinating with internal warehouse teams and transporters to ensure timely and correct dispatch of goods from the warehouse This role plays a crucial part in maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth outbound logistics operations Key Responsibilities Billing Generate and process invoices based on dispatch orders and customer purchase orders Apply correct pricing discounts taxes GST and ensure error-free billing Maintain daily billing records in software e g Tally ERP Share invoices with relevant departments and customers promptly Coordinate with the Accounts department for reconciliation and queries Dispatch Coordination Prepare dispatch documents - delivery challans E-way bills LR packing lists etc Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure goods are packed and ready for dispatch Communicate with transporters to schedule pickups and track deliveries Ensure all shipments are dispatched on time and with complete documentation Maintain and update daily dispatch records General Maintain daily dispatch and billing logs Address customer and sales team queries related to billing and dispatch Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies Provide regular reports to management regarding dispatch and billing activities Job Type Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Advantages Provident Fund Work Location In person
