Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Lead AnalystWhat we do At Kenvue we realize the extraordinary power of everyday care Built on over a century of heritage and rooted in science we re the house of iconic brands - including NEUTROGENA AVEENO TYLENOL LISTERINE JOHNSON S and BAND-AID that you already know and love Science is our passion care is our talent Who We Are Our global team is 22 000 brilliant people with a workplace culture where every voice matters and every contribution is appreciated We are passionate about insights innovation and committed to delivering the best products to our customers With expertise and empathy being a Kenvuer means having the power to impact millions of people every day We put people first care fiercely earn trust with science and solve with courage - and have brilliant opportunities waiting for you Join us in shaping our future-and yours Role reports to Treasury and Investor Relations TPOLocation Asia Pacific India Karnataka BangaloreWork Location HybridWhat you will do The High Radius functional is responsible for the design configuration enhancement and support of High Radius solutions This role involves deep technical expertise in High Radius and technical know-how of SAP ERP HANA along with an understanding of Invoice to Cash processes to ensure optimal system performance reliability and alignment with business objectives Expectations from the candidate will be to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams especially finance and account to report to deliver end-to-end digital financial solutions that support company-wide strategic goals This role will also be responsible for supporting large-scale and high-visibility global technology transformation initiatives across North America LATAM ASPAC and EMEA regions while driving outcomes that matter in our local markets related to invoice to cash products Key Responsibilities As the Lead of the High Radius Account Receivable and supporting Invoice to Cash ecosystem technologies Build and prioritize the financial system capturing the demand from the business Manage SAP S 4 Accounts Receivable solutions This role requires a broad in-depth knowledge of Finance business processes and SAP FICO Finance and Controlling module integration with SAP and Non-SAP Systems Lead design and delivery of High Radius SaaS Cloud Deductions and Cash Applications and supporting Invoice to Cash ecosystem technologies Knowledge of accounting terminology and processes e g Bank Statement process Understanding the latest technology trends in the invoice to cash field including High Radius Deductions and Cash Applications to inform technology product roadmap Work mostly with finance and sales business team members in design implement and continuous improvement of the High Radius Be an integral part of innovative High Radius projects roll-out of the High Radius solution to other countries and legal entity Driving the selection of solution options in collaboration with business partners Prioritizing a backlog utilizing technical expertise and understanding of customer needs to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for Invoice to Cash technology products platforms Knowledge experience in Accounting Audits Financial Services Software Technology SaaS industry and or related experience Effectively work with cross-functional teams stakeholders in an international and fast-moving environment Strong will to pursue a problem identify the source and propose possible solutions in collaboration with other team members in a timely manner Experience in building strong stakeholder relationships and cooperation with a 3rd-party solution providers Strong analytical skills result-oriented paired with highly structured working style and positive sense of responsibility flexibility and team player Excellent English communication skills written spoken and presentation skills Excellent teamwork and ability to work in distributed delivery environment Elicits documents interprets and translates business requirements or high-level requirements to be used for application configuration and testing solutions during implementations Experience preparing Test scenarios and Test cases test scrips steps for Unit Testing System Integration Testing SIT and User Acceptance Testing UAT What we are looking for Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science IT engineering MBA or another related field Deep understanding of Finance business processes and high-level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery 8 years of SAP experience within SAP FICO S 4 HANA 5 years of Experience in High Radius Consulting If you are an individual with a disability please check our Disability Assistance page for information on how to request an accommodation
