Executive working under the supervision and reporting to AR head Job description -Executive -AR Accounts Receivable Management Oversee the accounts receivable process ensuring timely collections and reconciliation of customer accounts Credit Control monitor credit limits for customers assessing creditworthiness and timely reporting of red flags Customer Relations Maintain solid relationships with key customers addressing and resolving payment issues promptly Liaison with sales dispatch team Work closely with the Sales team on customer-facing issues around billing payments or credit disputes Coordinate to resolve collection challenges address payment delays and optimize receivable cycles Reporting Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status aging analysis Reconciliation Reconcile daily collections and remittances with bank statements and update the customer ledger Compliance Ensure all accounts receivable activities comply with company policies relevant accounting standards GST and statutory requirements Qualifications and experience Education Bachelor of commerce Experience 5 years in AR roles Technical Skills Proficient with ERP systems and MS Excel Regulatory Knowledge Familiar with GST and Taxation TDS rules Additional conditions Flexible Work Coordination Adjust working hours as needed this may include working support during night time with sales team Looking for a Male candidate only Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 23 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
