We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in executing all types of finishing works including civil interior and architectural finishes The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling project timelines mobilizing labour and materials and delivering high-quality output within deadlines Key Roles and Responsibilities Lead and manage all finishing work at the project site flooring painting false ceiling carpentry etc Plan and mobilize labour materials and resources as per project needs Ensure timely execution with a strong focus on quality and detailing Coordinate with subcontractors vendors and internal teams Monitor site progress and report regularly to higher management Resolve site issues and ensure adherence to safety and project specifications Qualifications Bachelor s Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in finishing works Strong leadership communication and site coordination skills Ability to manage labour teams and vendors effectively Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
