Job description We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Technician to operate and maintain moulding machines ensure quality production and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in injection moulding and knowledge of plastic processing Key Responsibilities Set up and operate injection moulding machines as per production plans Conduct tool changeovers and machine adjustments as required Monitor production quality and take corrective action when needed Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of moulding machines and tools Troubleshoot moulding issues like short shots flashing warping etc Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Maintain accurate production and maintenance logs Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for continuous improvement Train junior operators when required Key Requirements Diploma ITI in Mechanical Plastic Engineering or equivalent 2-5 years of hands-on experience in injection moulding operations Valuable understanding of various plastics PP ABS Nylon etc and moulding parameters Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments vernier micrometer etc Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Job Type Full-time Pay 8 117 29 - 25 489 12 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
