Key Responsibilities 1 Leadership and Management - Lead inspire and support a team of educators and staff in creating an inclusive collaborative and professional working environment - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among staff 2 Curriculum and Program Development - Oversee the development and implementation of a high-quality age-appropriate curriculum that promotes holistic child development - Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of the curriculum and make necessary modifications based on child outcomes and staff feedback 3 Child Development and Care - Ensure the physical emotional social and intellectual well-being of children in the centre - Implement practices that promote child safety health and nutrition adhering to all regulatory requirements 4 Parent and Community Engagement - Build strong relationships with parents families and the community to foster collaborative relationships that enhance child learning and development - Organize and conduct parent workshops meetings and events to keep parents informed and engaged 5 Administrative Duties - Manage the centre s budget resources and operational expenditures to ensure financial sustainability - Maintain accurate records of child enrolments attendance and other required documentation in compliance with regulatory standards 6 Compliance and Quality Assurance - Ensure adherence to all local state and federal regulations licensing requirements and quality standards - Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to maintain high-quality standards within the centre 7 Professional Development - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education - Provide ongoing training and career development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 363 13 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person Application Deadline 15 08 2025
