Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO Manager Female to lead and implement our search engine optimization strategies across all digital platforms This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing analytics and the luxury hospitality industry The candidate will play a key role in increasing organic traffic improving search engine rankings and optimizing online visibility for our resort Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with marketing goals and brand voice Conduct keyword research competitor analysis and content audits Optimize website structure metadata content and images for SEO best practices Collaborate with content creators designers and web developers to ensure SEO standards are met Monitor track and report performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs etc Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends algorithm updates and hospitality industry standards Improve local SEO and manage online listings Google Business Profile TripAdvisor etc Work closely with the social media and paid media teams for integrated digital strategies Optimize blog posts landing pages and promotional campaigns for search visibility Ensure mobile and UX compatibility from an SEO perspective Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications IT or related field Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience preferably in the hospitality or travel sector Robust knowledge of on-page off-page and technical SEO Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush Moz Ahrefs Basic understanding of HTML CMS platforms WordPress etc and web performance tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative thinking and attention to detail Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Schedule Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
