Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Auditor to review and analyze our salon s financial records operational procedures and compliance with internal controls The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of accounting principles GST TDS and salon industry standards Key Responsibilities Conduct regular audits of salon branches to check financial accuracy and operational compliance Verify billing records staff attendance reports stock usage and cash handling Review GST TDS and other tax compliance reports Identify discrepancies or risks in expenses supplier payments or payroll Monitor inventory control and wastage reports across all branches Prepare detailed audit reports with observations and recommendations Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations Assist management in improving systems and controls Work closely with the accountant admin and operations team Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting Finance or related field Minimum 3 years of auditing or finance experience preferably in retail salon hospitality industry Strong knowledge of accounting standards GST TDS and audit processes Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software Valuable communication and reporting skills Ability to travel to salon branches for physical audits Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
