We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with strong technical knowledge in construction chemicals waterproofing systems and building repair techniques The role requires end-to-end project handling from planning to execution including manpower management client coordination documentation and reporting Key Responsibilities Manage multiple waterproofing and repair projects across sites Apply in-depth knowledge of construction chemicals and application techniques Supervise site work ensuring quality safety and timelines are met Lead and coordinate manpower contractors and technical teams Prepare and maintain project documentation including work orders progress reports and completion certificates Conduct technical presentations and site demonstrations to clients engineers and consultants Ensure proper material planning usage and reporting Troubleshoot site issues and provide effective technical solutions Key Skills Strong understanding of construction chemicals and waterproofing systems Project planning execution and tracking Manpower supervision and leadership Positive communication and presentation skills Documentation and reporting proficiency Ability to work effectively and manage multiple projects Qualifications Diploma B E B Tech in Civil Engineering or related field 5 years of experience in project management within the construction chemicals or waterproofing industry Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Experience Project engineering 3 years Required Language English Preferred Work Location In person
