Job Title Architect Location Basavanagudi Bangalore Job Type Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design project management and collaboration with clients and stakeholders This role requires creativity technical expertise and leadership to deliver high-quality projects that meet client expectations and regulatory requirements Key Responsibilities Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion ensuring adherence to client requirements budget and timeline Develop and present design concepts drawings and specifications using industry-standard software e g AutoCAD Revit SketchUp Collaborate with clients engineers and other stakeholders to develop design solutions that meet project goals Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and constraints Ensure compliance with building codes zoning regulations and environmental sustainability guidelines Manage project documentation including contracts reports and construction drawings Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers providing guidance and support Stay up to date with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in architecture Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure successful project execution Participate in business development activities including proposal preparation and client presentations Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite Robust knowledge of building codes regulations and construction methods Excellent problem-solving organizational and leadership skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 500 000 00 - 1 000 000 00 per year Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Architecture 8 years Required Work Location In person
