Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Female HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying attracting and hiring top talent to meet the company s workforce needs This role involves end-to-end recruitment candidate screening and coordination with hiring managers Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals social media employee referrals and other professional networks Screen resumes and applications and conduct preliminary interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain and update candidate database and reports Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist in onboarding and induction of current employees Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations Support other HR functions as required Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Proven work experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools Naukri LinkedIn etc Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Female candidates preferred due to team balancing or diversity requirements Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
