We are currently looking for a Demand Planning Expert who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with Commercial, Category Management, Finance and Supply Planning teams, your focus will be on delivering accurate,



data-driven demand forecasts that support product availability, optimise inventory investment and enable commercial growth. In this role, you will combine your analytical expertise with your commercial insight to continuously improve forecast accuracy and planning performance. What you will do
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across categories, channels and markets, combining statistical forecasting with commercial insight and incorporating promotions, product launches and market trends.
Partner with Commercial, Category Management, Marketing, Finance and Supply Planning teams to create a robust consensus demand plan, challenging assumptions and ensuring timely, high-quality inputs.
