The OPPORTUNITY

Loyalty Juggernaut is seeking a Product Manager - Loyalty Performance Management to identify, validate, launch, and scale new consulting, managed-service, and technology-enabled offerings.

We design and run loyalty and customer-engagement programs for some of the world's most recognized brands. Growth doesn't only come from the platform - it comes from new offerings: new consulting, managed-service, and technology-enabled practices that clients need before anyone has packaged them. This role finds those opportunities and turns them into real businesses.

As a Product Manager You own the full lifecycle - from an initial idea or market signal through research, business case, offer design, pilot, commercialization, and practice development. After launch, you act as the business owner for the incubated practice: setting its road
