About the Role

Intellipaat is looking for a
Performance Marketing Manager
to drive user acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through high-performing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and data-driven growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
.
- Own key performance metrics including
CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, lead quality, and revenue contribution
.
- Develop and execute strategies for
lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI and scale successful campaigns.
- Conduct
A/B testing
across creatives, landing pages, audiences, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with
Creative,



Content, Sales, Product, and Business teams
to improve campaign performance and conversions.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, audience behavior, and emerging digital acquisition channels.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective utilization to achieve business targets.
- Track and analyze the complete marketing funnel using relevant analytics and attribution tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency.
- Experiment with new channels, audiences, campaign formats, and acquisition strategies.

Required Skills & Experience
- min 5 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Candidates with prior EdTech experience will be strongly preferred.
- Experience in
B2C lead generation and performance marketing
will be an added advantage.
- Strong hands-on experience with
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube
