About the Role

Lovely Professional University (LPU) is looking for a
Performance Marketing Executive
to join its dynamic Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive
high-quality leads, conversions, and measurable ROI
.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing platforms, campaign optimization, analytics, audience targeting, and lead-generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
.
- Manage campaigns focused on
lead generation, conversions, admissions, traffic, and remarketing
.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics such as
CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and ROI
.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, retargeting,



and competitor analysis.
- Optimize campaign budgets, bidding strategies, ad copies, creatives, placements, and targeting.
- Conduct
A/B testing
of creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages.
- Track campaign performance through
Google Analytics/GA4, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Excel, and reporting dashboards
.
- Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Work closely with
Creative, Content, Admissions, social media, CRM, and Web teams
to improve the overall marketing funnel.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present campaign insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices in digital advertising.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–6 years of relevant experience
in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on expertise in
Google Ads and Meta Ads
