? Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Senior SAP Business Systems Analyst – P2P
to support large-scale SAP transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in
SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay processes
, business process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management.

? Key Responsibilities
- Support and deliver
SAP S/4HANA P2P implementation and transformation initiatives
.
- Analyze and optimize
Requisition-to-Pay (R2P)
and Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Work across
Vendor Master Data, Procurement, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, Invoice Processing, and Payments
.
- Conduct business process analysis, process design, gap analysis, and solution validation.
- Gather business requirements and facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Support enterprise system integrations, preferably involving




SAP SDIS and/or MuleSoft
.
- Create and maintain
BRDs, Functional Specifications, User Stories, Process Maps, and Data Mapping Documents
.
- Support
SIT, UAT, defect management, business validation, and sign-off
activities.
- Collaborate with global, multi-region teams on large-scale ERP transformation programs.
- Work within
Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, or PMF governance
frameworks.
- Drive effective communication between business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.

? Mandatory Skills

✅ 10+ years of Business Analysis experience

✅ 5+ years of SAP P2P implementation/transformation experience

✅ 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA P2P experience

✅ Strong knowledge of R2P, Procurement, PO, GR, Invoice Processing & Payments

✅ Business Process Analysis & Process Design

✅ Requirements Gathering & Solution Validation

✅ Stakeholder Management & Workshop Facilitation
