Role & Responsibilities
- Design and execute AI-driven content strategies that align with product launches, course enrollments, and user lifecycle milestones.
- Own end-to-end content distribution: optimize publishing cadence, channel mix (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, email, WhatsApp), and performance analytics.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to fine-tune generative content models for tone, relevance, and conversion intent across audience segments.
- Build and automate content workflows using no-code/low-code tools (Make, Zapier, Airtable) to scale delivery without compromising personalization.




- Run A/B tests on messaging, CTAs, and formats — then translate insights into scalable playbooks across teams.
- Partner with marketing ops to ensure content aligns with CRM journeys, UTM tracking, and attribution models for ROI measurement.
