Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and control daily production activities to meet customer delivery schedules.
- Ensure efficient use of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement changes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within the packaging industry (flexible packaging preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Production and Industrial Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).
- Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
