About the Role

We are looking for a
Junior Associate – Business Development
with 6 months to 1 year of experience, preferably from a
Digital Marketing Agency
background. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of digital marketing services, and an interest in sales and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Introduce and explain relevant digital marketing services to prospective clients.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the internal team.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Maintain and update lead and follow-up details in the CRM/MIS.
- Support the Business Development team in achieving monthly targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and clients.
- Stay updated on digital marketing services, industry trends, and competitors.





Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience
in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
- Candidates with
Digital Marketing Agency experience are preferred.
- Basic understanding of
SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Performance Marketing, Website Development, and Content Marketing
.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Basic negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a business development role.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced agency environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
