About DECODE
DECODE is a premium craft beer brand committed to delivering exceptional beer experiences. We are looking for an energetic and passionate sales professional to expand our presence across Goa’s retail and hospitality channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory.
- Develop and strengthen business with:
* Retail Liquor Outlets
* Premium Wine Shops
* Shacks & Beach Restaurants
* Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés (HoReCa)
* Bars, Pubs and Lounges
- Identify and onboard new retail and HoReCa accounts.
- Ensure regular outlet coverage and maintain strong retailer relationships.
- Improve product visibility, menu listings and merchandising at outlets.
- Execute promotional activities, consumer activations and sampling events.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure optimum stock availability and timely replenishment.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions and market trends.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and distribution objectives.
- Ensure timely collection of market intelligence and submit periodic sales reports.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable excise and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 2–5 years of sales experience in Beer, IMFL, Alcobev, FMCG or HoReCa sales.
- Strong relationships within the Goa liquor trade will be an advantage.
- Valuable negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-driven with willingness to travel extensively across Goa.
- Must possess a valid driving licence and own a two-wheeler.
