Role Description
The International Voice Representative – Ghansoli will handle inbound and outbound voice-based interactions with international customers, ensuring transparent, courteous, and solution-focused communication. Responsibilities include responding to queries, resolving issues, documenting call outcomes,



and following defined processes and scripts while maintaining high accuracy and professionalism. Qualifications
