Job Purpose
Regional Sales Manager – Home Loan and Suvidha LAP, Direct is responsible for driving acquisition and growth of the Home Loan/Suvidha portfolio across assigned geographies. This role focuses on leveraging internal channels, cross-sell opportunities, and relationship management to meet business targets. The position involves leading a high-performing sales team, ensuring compliance, and delivering superior customer experience while contributing to the bank’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Business Acquisition
- Generate Home Loan leads and drive disbursements through the bank’s existing customer base across branches.
- Collaborate with branch banking, relationship managers, and internal teams to identify and convert potential customers.
- Ensure lead conversion and disbursement as per defined productivity norms.
- Team Management & Training




- Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers and Territory Managers.
- Train and motivate team members and branch staff on product features, sales processes, and customer handling.
- Relationship Management
- Build robust relationships with branch heads and cross-functional teams to facilitate lead generation and business closures.
- Act as the single point of contact for Home Loan requirements of existing customers in the region.
- Process & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to bank policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to expedite approvals and documentation.
- Reporting & MIS
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly business performance metrics.
- Share market feedback and insights with senior management for strategy refinement.
