We’re looking for a
VP – Business Development
to drive growth across
Digital Manufacturing, Data & Analytics and emerging technology solutions
, with a strong focus on the
Pharma & Life Sciences industry
.

What You’ll Own
- Drive end-to-end sales strategy and revenue growth across Digital Manufacturing & Data offerings
- Build and convert a strong pipeline through
hunting, networking, CXO engagement and consultative selling
- Engage
COOs, CMfgOs, CIOs and senior Manufacturing, Operations & IT leaders
- Sell solutions around
MES, Manufacturing Digitization, Data & Analytics, AI/ML, IoT, RPA and SaaS/Digital Platforms
- Lead the complete sales cycle —
prospecting → discovery → solutioning → proposals → techno-commercial negotiations → closure → account growth




- Develop strategic relationships with Pharma & Life Sciences organizations across India and global markets
- Lead and mentor the BD team while driving pipeline, conversions and revenue targets
- Work closely with Product, Digital Manufacturing, Data, Delivery and Marketing teams to create winning propositions
- Build market presence through industry events, conferences, partnerships and strategic networking

What We’re Looking For
- 16+ years of experience
in B2B consultative, product and/or solution sales
- Strong experience in
Digital Manufacturing / Manufacturing Digitization / MES / Data & Analytics
- Proven experience selling into
Pharma & Life Sciences
- Strong network across
Manufacturing, Operations and IT leadership
- Demonstrated success in
new business acquisition and revenue growth
- Solid SaaS / Digital Platform / Technology solution selling experience
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong team leadership and business ownership m
