Our Client is seeking an experienced and passionate Engineering Manager to lead a team of Fullstack Engineers responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications and platforms that serve both internal teams and external partners.

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers while driving the successful delivery of enterprise-grade SaaS products and platform capabilities. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Architects, Designers, and Engineering leaders to execute against product roadmaps, improve engineering effectiveness, and ensure high-quality software delivery.

Required Skills :

● Have 12+ years of industry experience delivering enterprise-grade software products, including 3–5 years in an engineering leadership role.

● Have experience building or scaling enterprise SaaS platforms, APIs, and customer-facing applications using Python and React.

● Possess strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable microservices-based systems.





● Have experience coding with Python and modern frontend frameworks such as React and/or Angular.

● Demonstrate strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, security principles,

reliability, and cost optimization.

● Have hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud platforms and core cloud services.

● Understand CI/CD practices, deployment automation, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps principles.

● Have experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

● Demonstrate strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.

● Be proficient with Jira, Confluence, and up-to-date engineering collaboration tools.
