Role:
Business Development Executive
(0-1 Year of Experience)

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by converting leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion & Client Acquisition – Engage with inbound and outbound leads, including startups, MSMEs, freelancers, and entrepreneurs.
- Sales Pitching & Closures – Confidently present IncorpX services in Hindi and English and close deals.
- Relationship Management – Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.




- Cross-Team Collaboration – Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Target Achievement – Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Whom We’re Looking For
- Experience – Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar sales/business development role (B2B/B2C preferred).
- Language Skills – Fluent in spoken Hindi and comfortable communicating in English.
- Sales Mindset – Target-driven, persuasive, and confident in negotiations.
- Relationship Builder – Strong communication, listening, and client-handling skills.
- Execution-Oriented – Able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary – ₹23,000 - ₹25,000 per month + uncapped performance-based incentives.
- Work Mode – On-site (Gurgaon, Haryana)
