About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Full Stack / Backend Developer to join our in-house product development team. In this role, you will work on developing scalable enterprise applications, APIs, automation workflows, AI-assisted tools, and internal business systems.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs
- Build and manage internal business applications and automation systems
- Design secure, high-performance server-side architecture
- Work with PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and maintenance
- Integrate third-party APIs and cloud services
- Develop AI-assisted workflows and automation solutions
- Collaborate with frontend developers and cross-functional teams




- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Participate in deployment, server management, and CI/CD processes
- Maintain coding standards, documentation, and version control

Required skills and experience
- Strong knowledge of Node.js
- Experience with Express.js or Nest JS
- REST API development
- Authentication Authorization (JWT/OAuth)
- Basic understanding of React.js or Next.js
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
- PostgreSQL (preferred)
- Database schema design and query optimization
- Basic understanding of AI development workflows
- Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Chat GPT, Claude AI
- Knowledge of automation platforms such as n8n or Zapier
- Understanding of API-based AI integrations is an added advantage
