We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer for a focused, high-efficiency 4-hour daily shift (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM).

This position is ideal for an experienced designer, residing in Tirupur, seeking a secure monthly income with fixed half-day working hours. You will take ownership of our visual output—create accurate, production-ready designs while coordinating creative workflows to ensure the team completes daily assignments on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Individual Design Delivery: Create and refine clean, error-free vector layouts (Illustrator) and perform advanced photo editing/retouching (Photoshop) based on client briefs.
- Production-Ready Handoffs: Prepare and organize print-ready and digital files formatted for immediate production output.
- Workflow & Completion Tracking: Monitor design queues and coordinate to ensure the team successfully finishes and hands off all daily work before the 2:00 PM shift end.
- System Efficiency: Build reusable design templates and protocols to streamline routine visual tasks across the team.

Requirements




- Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on professional graphic design experience.
- Team Leadership: Proven track record of coordinating design tasks across a team while maintaining high individual design output.
- Software Mastery: Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Mandatory Portfolio: A direct web link to an online portfolio (Behance, Google Drive, or website) is strictly required. Applications without a portfolio link will be rejected.
- Precision & Speed: Excellent visual accuracy, high attention to detail, and the ability to execute quickly within a 4-hour window.
- Location: Must currently reside in Tirupur.
