Role Overview

We are looking for a MBA with strong Business Finance and FP&A; experience to partner with business leaders in driving financial performance, profitability, and strategic decision-making. The role will focus on budgeting, forecasting, pricing, costing, MIS reporting, and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable business insights.
- Support pricing decisions, deal evaluations, and profitability analysis.
- Drive costing, margin management, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Prepare and present MIS, dashboards, and management reports.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Business leaders to improve financial performance.




- Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic decisions.
- Drive process improvements and reporting automation.

Required Skills & Experience
- MBA with 10–15 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A;, or Commercial Finance.
- Solid expertise in:
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Pricing & Commercial Finance
- Costing & Profitability Analysis
- MIS & Management Reporting
- Business Partnering
- Financial Modeling
- Advanced Excel skills; exposure to Power BI/Tableau preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
