Role & responsibilities:
- Creating HSE awareness among work force & management,
- Active participation in Inductions, Trainings, Tool Box Talks, etc.
- Developing Inspection & surveillance plan for HSE,
- Ensure smooth functioning of HSE processes, with OR without software.
- Leading the HSE Team on all fronts successfully including allocation,
- Leading & directing external safety services,
- Participate in interview & selection process of HSE personnel,
- Managing periodic site safety audits,
- Effective implementation of Safety Violation debit system,
- Developing & implementing periodical HSE Surveillance process.
- Establishing & implementing Lessons Learned,
- Managing data & providing statistical reports to Top Management regarding the performance of HSE Management.
- Providing Support for ISO 18001 certification.
