? Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
SAP / ERP & Finance Platforms Portfolio Manager
to lead enterprise-wide ERP transformation and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing large-scale portfolios, global ERP implementations, cross-functional teams, and executive stakeholders within the
Life Sciences industry
.

? Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage
enterprise SAP/ERP portfolios
and large-scale transformation programs.
- Drive global
ERP implementation and digital transformation initiatives
from strategy through execution.
- Manage portfolio priorities, programs, stakeholders, and transformation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with senior business and technology leaders to align ERP initiatives with organizational objectives.




- Lead and coordinate
global cross-functional teams
across business, technology, and functional areas.
- Manage executive stakeholder relationships, communication, governance, and strategic decision-making.
- Drive transformation initiatives within
Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, or Life Sciences
environments.
- Ensure effective portfolio governance, delivery alignment, and successful execution of strategic initiatives.

✅ 12+ years of overall
IT & Digital Transformation
experience

✅ 5+ years managing
enterprise portfolios or large-scale SAP/ERP transformation programs

✅ 5+ years leading
global ERP implementations and digital transformation initiatives
