Your Impact:
We are hiring a sharp, well-networked Media Sales Manager to be deployed on-ground in Pune. You will be the face of the assigned retailer, owning outreach, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure. This is not a desk job; you are expected to be in the market, building relationships and generating revenue.

What You'll Do:

Advertiser & Agency Development:
- Identify, prospect, and engage brands and digital media agencies with relevant media budgets across category specific to the assigned retailer
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of advertiser opportunities tailored to the retailer




- Leverage existing industry contacts to accelerate early revenue and reduce sales cycle timelines

Pitch & Deal Closure:
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and media proposals that align with advertiser objectives
- Lead commercial negotiations and work toward signed insertion orders and campaign commitments
- Collaborate with the Osmos central team to package deals, set pricing, and ensure proposals are commercially sound

Campaign Coordination & Client Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for local advertisers post-sale, ensuring smooth campaign onboarding
- Coordinate with Osmos operations for campaign activation, reporting, and optimization
- Manage ongoing client relationships with a focus on renewals, upsells, and long-term partnership development

Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Track competitor media offerings, local advertiser sentiment, and category spend trends
- Provide structured weekly pipeline reports, revenue forecasts, and fie
