About the Role

This is a cross-platform marketing role responsible for growing awareness and revenue for Milk Studios.

You will work across existing and emerging channels—identifying where the brand should be present, developing platform-specific strategies, executing initiatives, measuring their commercial impact, and iterating based on results.

This is not a social media management role. Content is one part of the job, but the larger responsibility is to find and develop growth opportunities across e-commerce, marketplaces, partnerships, creators, communities, events, CRM, paid media, new platforms, and unconventional brand initiatives.

You will own the full cycle:
identify, plan, execute, measure, report, learn, and iterate.

Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Platform Growth
- Develop initiatives that increase brand awareness, acquire new customers, improve conversion, and grow revenue.
- Strengthen performance across existing channels, including Shopify, Meta, email, WhatsApp, creators,



partnerships, and offline activations.
- Identify and evaluate recent platforms, marketplaces, communities, collaborations, and distribution opportunities.
- Understand the role of each channel across awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Build platform-specific strategies rather than repeating the same activity across every channel.

Campaigns and Go-to-Market
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, restocks, new categories, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Define the objective, target audience, channel mix, budget, execution plan, and success metrics for each initiative.
- Coordinate founders, creative teams, performance marketers, agencies, creators, vendors, and partners to deliver campaigns on time.
- Take complete ownership from the initial opportunity or idea through execution and final reporting.
