Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR Consultancy. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle for multiple clients across different industries, from sourcing candidates to final selection and joining.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and prepare a clear understanding of job descriptions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references, social media and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications and client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
- Negotiate salary, notice period and other relevant employment terms with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers/MIS.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to understand vacancies, feedback and hiring priorities.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
- Maintain proper documentation and recruitment records.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with candidates and clients.
- Handle multiple positions and requirements simultaneously.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.
