Role Description
The BDE (ecommerce) at CareerBloc will focus on identifying, engaging, and converting ecommerce businesses into long-term clients. In this full time, on-site role based in Noida, the BDE will research potential ecommerce leads, conduct outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and present tailored service offerings. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal recruitment and marketing teams, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The BDE will also nurture client relationships, gather requirements, negotiate terms, and collaborate on strategies to support client growth and retention.

Qualifications
- Strong business development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management in the ecommerce or digital services space.
- Client relationship and account management abilities,



with experience in handling meetings, negotiations, and post-sales follow-up.
- Understanding of ecommerce operations and digital marketing concepts such as SEO, social media, and online lead generation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain service offerings clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for reporting and performance tracking.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time effectively, and collaborate with recruitment and marketing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; prior experience as a BDE or in sales within ecommerce or digital agencies is an advantage.
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with a focus on ethical, inclusive, and customer-centric business practices.
