Role Description
The Customer Service - Western Union (Ghansoli) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves handling customer inquiries related to Western Union services, assisting with transactions, and resolving issues promptly and accurately. Daily tasks include answering calls, responding to service-related questions,
ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. Qualifications
- 1 Year international BPO experience is mandatory
