Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic, goal-oriented, and highly motivated Sales Trainees to join our expanding business development team. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to build a career in sales. You will undergo structured on-the-job training, learning how to identify business opportunities, pitch value propositions, and close deals.

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and research prospective clients through cold calling, field visits, and digital networking.
- Client Meetings: Pitch products or services effectively to potential buyers, understanding their unique pain points.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update daily sales trackers, pipeline health, and client feedback records.
- Market Intelligence: Gather insights on local market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Target Achievement: Work closely with senior managers to meet weekly and monthly sales acquisition targets.
- Relationship Management:



Ensure exceptional post-sales customer service to drive retention and referral business.

2. Candidate Eligibility & Key Skills
- Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, or similar). An MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus.
- Experience: Fresher to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi. Local language proficiency for the Surat location is highly preferred.
- Mobility: Must possess a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license for field sales and client visits.
- Attributes: High resilience, positive attitude toward handling rejection, and a robust drive to exceed targets.
