Job Title: Video Editor

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and highly creative Video Editor to join our growing team. This role goes beyond basic editing, we’re looking for someone who understands storytelling, digital trends, and audience psychology to create impactful video content.

As a Video Editor, you will play a key role in shaping brand narratives through engaging visual content across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and digital ad networks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Production
- Edit raw footage into compelling videos for social media, performance marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling
- Work on a variety of formats including reels, short-form videos, long-form content, ads, and promotional films
- Ensure smooth transitions, proper pacing, and high-quality output

2. Creative Storytelling
- Understand briefs and translate them into engaging visual narratives
- Bring fresh ideas to the table for reels,



trending formats, and campaign concepts
- Ensure videos are aligned with brand voice and communication strategy

3. Motion Graphics & Enhancements
- Add text overlays, motion graphics, transitions, and effects to enhance videos
- Work on basic animation and visual effects when required
- Incorporate sound effects, background scores, and audio balancing

4. Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and performance marketing teams
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and shoots
- Take feedback constructively and iterate quickly

5. Platform Optimization
- Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Understand aspect ratios, formats, and audience behavior for each platform
- Stay updated with trending edits, viral formats, and algorithm-friendly content

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in video edit
