Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound reservation inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and chats
- Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable stay experiences
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while achieving sales targets
- Handle guest objections confidently and professionally
- Maintain accurate guest and booking information in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Stay updated on room categories, pricing, offers, and reservation procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the guest journey
Requirements
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, reservations, hospitality, travel, luxury retail, or international BPO voice processes
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply
- Excellent spoken English and interpersonal skills are mandatory
- Solid sales and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working with targets and incentives
- Ability to multitask in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is preferred
