Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Guest Relation Executive role based in Chennai. The Guest Relation Executive will welcome visitors, manage reception duties, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Daily responsibilities include guiding guests through registration and screening procedures, answering inquiries about services, scheduling and confirming appointments, and coordinating with medical and administrative teams.



The role also involves handling customer feedback, supporting basic sales and upselling of services when appropriate, and maintaining a professional, courteous, and empathetic interaction with all visitors. The Guest Relation Executive will help uphold NURA’s service standards and contribute to a positive overall guest experience.
