We are looking for
high-energy Inside Sales professionals who understand HR Technology and know-how to open enterprise doors.

You will be among the
first voices of Tapplent
for prospective customers, engaging
CHROs, CIOs, HR Heads, Talent Leaders and CXOs
,



understanding their priorities, creating compelling conversations and converting them into qualified enterprise opportunities.

This is
not just a lead-generation role
. We want people who can
tell a story, influence a conversation, create curiosity and build a pipeline that converts into business.

*What You’ll Own*
- Identify and penetrate
enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Engage senior HR, Technology and Business decision-makers
- Generate
qualified opportunities, meetings and product demonstrations
- Build and own a measurable
sales pipeline
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns across industries and geographies
- Use
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, email, digital channels and AI tools
intelligently
- Work closely with Enterprise Sales, Pre-Sales and Marketing to move opportunities toward conversion
- Develop a strong understanding of
HCM, AI and Workforce Intelligence
and sell business v
