Manage Quality Assurance processes rigorously, ensuring that established quality objectives are consistently met or exceeded, while actively developing and executing action plans to address customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Deploy and promote industry best practices, utilising advanced manufacturing tools and techniques such as poke-yoke, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Kaizen, and others to boost operational efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D;, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes.
