Problems You'll Solve
- Improve OEE and throughput
- Optimize process parameters
- Reduce energy consumption
- Improve yield and quality
- Perform root cause analysis
- Build prescriptive AI recommendations
Key Responsibilities
- Develop optimization and prescriptive AI solutions
- Build ML models for process improvement
- Perform root cause analysis
- Deploy production-grade AI solutions
- Collaborate with plant SMEs and customers
- Support innovation and reusable accelerators
- Mentor junior data scientists
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in Manufacturing/Industrial AI
- Robust Python, SQL, Statistics, and Machine Learning skills
- Experience in optimization and prescriptive analytics
- Knowledge of OR-Tools, Pyomo, or Gurobi
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills
