Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled 3 D AI Graphics Designer to lead 3 D visual production and AI-assisted content creation for ILEM Japan. The ideal candidate will design 3 D models, environments, and photorealistic renders while leveraging generative AI tools to speed up ideation, texturing, and iteration, partnering closely with marketing, product, and content teams to bring campaigns and digital experiences to life.
Roles & Responsibilities
● Design and produce 3 D models, environments, and product visualizations for ILEM Japan's campaigns, website, and marketing assets
● Use AI-based tools (Midjourney, Reliable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, or similar) to generate concept art, textures, and reference materials, accelerating the creative pipeline
● Integrate AI-generated assets into 3 D pipelines (Blender, Cinema 4 D, Maya, or similar), ensuring every output aligns with ILEM Japan's brand guidelines and creative vision
● Create photorealistic or stylized renders for social media, web, product, and advertising use




● Develop and refine texturing, lighting, and shading workflows to elevate the visual quality of 3 D content
● Collaborate with creative, marketing, product, and content teams to keep 3 D and AI-generated visuals aligned with current trends and business objectives
● Own 3 D design projects end to end, from concept through final delivery, balancing quality, consistency, and timelines across multiple concurrent projects
● Track emerging AI tools and 3 D design trends to continuously raise the bar on design quality and workflow efficiency
● Optimize 3 D assets for various platforms (web, AR/VR, print, video) and present concepts and final deliverables to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback to meet project goals.
Required Skills & Experience
● Proven experience in 3 D design and modeling, with a strong portfolio spanning product visualization, environments, and rendered content
● Proficiency in one or more
