We are seeking a Functional Consultant with a solid interest in the Wealth Management domain who can work at the intersection of client engagement and project leadership This role is ideal for a self-starter who wants to learn and apply agentic AI concepts to transform how wealth managers banks and fintechs serve their clients The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects with global BFSI clients UK Europe India support CXO-level business development and build deep expertise in AI-powered wealth journeys such as onboarding file-checking advice reporting wealth nudges Key Requirements Background Degree in Business Finance Economics or Technology MBA preferred but not mandatory Domain Strong experience between 8 to 12 years in Wealth Management Financial Services prior consulting experience with Big 4s Accenture MBBs in BFSI a plus Skills o Analytical and structured thinking ability to translate business problems into workflows o Excellent communication and presentation skills Mindset o Curiosity to learn agentic AI and apply it in real client contexts o Entrepreneurial proactive and comfortable engaging directly with clients
