In this role you will join our Site Reliability Engineering Team within Cloud Productivity Engineering CPE as an SRE Engineering Lead Senior Manager reporting directly to the Director of SRE This team is dedicated to building developing and supporting our Azure AWS GCP cloud platform to accelerate the time-to-market for innovative financial products This role offers a dynamic environment where you can make a significant impact on our cloud infrastructure and the delivery of innovative financial products Specific Responsibilities Design and Development Lead the design development and construction of complex cloud services and capabilities Collaboration Work closely with architects developers and other engineers to ensure the efficiency of Azure AWS GCP Enterprise Scale Landing Zone platforms Decision Making Actively participate in decision-making areas such as observability networking virtualization identity security business continuity disaster recovery and governance Performance Optimization Monitor and optimize the performance reliability and scalability of cloud infrastructure Incident Management Oversee incident management processes ensuring quick resolution and minimal impact on services Automation Develop and implement automation strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention Security Compliance Ensure all cloud services align with security policies and standard methodologies Documentation Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture processes and procedures Mentorship Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or similar technical field Five plus years of experience in a lead role Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Familiarity with infrastructure as code IaC tools such as Terraform Ansible as an added skill Solid understanding in Agi
