About DENASI- DENASI is a young independent creative studio built on movement empathy and clarity We work at the intersection of design content and strategy helping brands grow with intent-not noise - We are not looking for someone who only schedules posts - We are looking for someone who thinks like a brand acts like a creator and executes like a founder The Role- This is a hands-on end-to-end role for someone who can independently plan create execute manage and measure social and digital presence - You should be comfortable doing things yourself-from ideation to execution-while also thinking beyond social media into holistic brand promotion - If you enjoy ownership autonomy and building systems from scratch this role is for you Key Responsibilities Strategy Planning - Develop monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with brand goals- Plan campaigns launches and thematic content from concept to execution- Think in a 360-degree brand lens-not limited to social platforms- Identify growth opportunities across digital on-ground collaborations PR and contentContent Creation Execution - Conceptualise and create - Static posts- Carousels- Reels short-form videos- Stories and highlights- Handle basic to intermediate graphic design- Shoot and edit photos and videos mobile basic camera setups - Create reels transitions trends and narrative-driven videos- Work on basic animations motion graphics where required - Ensure brand consistency across all touchpointsPlatform Management - Manage day-to-day posting and engagement across platforms Instagram Facebook LinkedIn etc - Stay updated with platform changes trends algorithms and current features- Build and maintain a consistent brand voice- Engage with community DMs and comments meaningfullyPerformance Marketing Analytics - Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns Meta Ads basic Google where needed - A B test creatives formats and messaging- Track performance metrics reach engagement CTR conversions ROAS- Create simpl
