OBJECTIVE OF ROLE Are you confident that you can identify analytics challenges untapped data sources and articulate the difference between causal and predictive analytics to evaluate the analytical maturity of an organization Then IGT Solutions is seeking you for a Senior Business Analyst You will also be pinpointing pertinent AI risks by evaluating the current data protection infrastructure and analytics technological infrastructure recognizing factors that could compromise data integrity or model transparency As an analyst you will get the opportunity to collaborate with other teams and enjoy a supportive work workplace where individuals strong on aptitude and attitude will have opportunities to grow their professional careers KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients o Review work of development team o Recognize system deficiencies and implement effective solutions o Create and execute development plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements o Ensure technical teams are contributing to our code library o Own the development lifecycle and take responsibility of managing technical risks throughout the project o Communicate and enforce coding standards o Perform code reviews and mentors junior developers o Manage technical resources within budget and project schedule EXPERIENCE 6-8 years of relevant experience in computer technology Function as Senior SFDC Developer and suggest best-practice Salesforce com or Force com solutions to address user requirements Minimum of 5 years of proven hands-on experience in Agile methodologies in a working workplace - demand prioritization planning and execution to deliver software solutions Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce products including Commerce Cloud Marketing Cloud Customer Partner portals etc with hands-on experience working with Force com core technologies including Apex VisualForce
