Company Name VARITE India Private Limited About The Client The client is a global leader and pioneer in contingent workforce management The industry-leading Integrated Workforce Management IWM platform is supported by 30 years of innovation up-to-date software proven expertise and world-class data and intelligence It enables companies to optimize talent and diversity goals while achieving operational and financial success With this client companies can adapt quickly to the evolution of work to grow their extended workforce with greater agility transparency and speed Essential Job Functions Monitor compliance with all risk insurance inclusive of workers compensation for operations within the United States and internationally Review and approve prospective contingent worker positions to determine if positions meet the Company s requirements Review client contracts to understand and assess insurance requirements and indemnification language Coordinate with legal and human resources departments regarding workers compensation claims and hearings client contracts and indemnification language and potential barriers for payrolling certain positions Process and monitor workers compensation claims from beginning to end This includes but is not limited to coordinating with internal team members workers claims adjustors and other parties to gather information process and track claims and work with third party claims administrators to determine next steps to bring claims to closure Obtaining wage data and calculating workers compensation premiums filing wage reports and remitting payments to all required jurisdictions on a timely basis Creating and executing expedient solutions as issues arise Attention to detail and ability to deliver cohesive ideas in an expedited time frame are key attributes to success in this role Ability to articulate information clearly via verbal and written communication This position is responsible for working closely with all levels across the organizatio
