Role Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Architect / Lead with deep expertise in Spring Boot microservices and Azure Event Hub or similar cloud streaming architectures. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deliver scalable, event-driven solutions on Azure or similar clouds (AWS). This role requires strong technical problem-solving skills, Team & architecture ownership, and the ability to guide teams through the full development lifecycle.

Architecture and Design




Architect and design microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot
Build event-driven and streaming architectures using Azure Event Hub, Kafka, or similar platforms.
Define integration patterns between producers and consumers, manage offsets, partitions, and checkpoints effectively.
Design and implement secure RESTful APIs and asynchronous communication patterns.
Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, App Services, and related cloud components.
Develop reference architectures, reusable components, and best practice frameworks for microservices and event streaming.
Hands-on Development and Technical Leadership
Lead by example through hands-on coding, code reviews, and POC development.
Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
